PreCheck's Inaugural Blog Post

Welcome to the new PreCheck blog! My name is Zach Daigle and I am the Chief Operating Officer here at PreCheck, Inc.  Hopefully I have had the chance to meet you in person or at least chat with you over the phone.  If not, I hope to meet you very soon. For those of you who already know me, you know how passionate I am about what we do at PreCheck. I wake up every morning and think about the vulnerable patients that we protect. I like to think of our employees as super heroes for the work that they do. We are the first line of defense for our customers and their patients.  I am in my first year as the COO, but going into my 10th year as a PreCheck employee. I have seen the horror stories and I know what it takes to prevent them. We are absolutely committed to that effort. I have also heard from thousands of you over the years, and I know that communication is the key to a great partnership with our customers. This blog is just one of many new ways that we are going to improve our communication and our entire customer experience this year and for years to come.

If you are reading this blog post, you have already seen our new and improved website. We hope you like it. We are very proud of the new look and feel and even more excited about how it will allow us to engage, communicate with, and listen to our current and future customers. We LOVE our customers! Did you know that nearly every one of our solutions began as an idea, a need, or even an item on a wish list from one of our clients? This new forum will enable our client community to interact with industry peers, PreCheck product managers, our Director of Compliance, and other leadership. It will also provide a platform to discuss important topics, receive relevant updates on healthcare industry issues, and remain informed about current and upcoming compliance standards. We will share valuable information from national, state and local conferences and provide feedback on emerging regulations that impact the industry. Most importantly, we will get a chance to collaborate with you. Stay tuned for exciting news about how PreCheck is investing in our future to greatly improve yours.

Before I go, please remember that at PreCheck taking care of people comes first, and we define people as: our employees, families, customers, your patients, applicants, consumers, students, volunteers, vendors, and anyone else with whom we come into contact.
