Dustin’s career began in 2004 in a recruiting capacity and through this experience developed a passion in the space of Organizational Development consulting. In 2008, he was brought into PreCheck as the Client Development Consultant for their Southwest territory. Recently, Dustin accepted the role of Director of Business Development – U.S., where he is responsible for the development of effective risk management plans designed to ensure their hospital partners stay in compliance, and maintain a safe and secure work environment. He is a Licensed Private Investigator in the State of Texas, and a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). Dustin earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology Texas State University (Eat em Up Cats). Dustin enjoys traveling, softball, fishing, and 18 holes on the links.
