What is I-9Ensure?

I-9Ensure is a web-based system that electronically completes and stores Form I-9s and submits to E-Verify. I-9Ensure digitizes and streamlines your I-9 process, allowing you to go paperless, reduce errors, track work authorization expirations, and even interact with E-Verify, if needed. I-9Ensure can be a great add-on to our background screening service.
 

The Need for E-Verify

E-Verify is a program operated by the Department of Homeland Security in conjunction with the Social Security Administration. It is a free, web-based system that verifies an employee's eligibility for employment based on the credentials presented to the employer upon completion of the Form I-9. Participants of E-Verify are required to complete the verification within 3 business days of the employee's start date. While E-Verify is a voluntary program for many employers, it is required for federal contractors and employers who fall under state-instituted mandates.
