Dionne Austin currently serves as the Product Manager for PreCheck’s CredentCheck license management system.  Her seven year work experience in various roles at PreCheck is as a great foundation for her current work with CredentCheck.  She received her education from the University of Houston and continues to educate herself by completing industry specific training programs such as the Det Norske Veritas NIAHO Training Program and the NAMSS CPCS Certification Training Course.  Dionne is passionate about CredentCheck and has a great vision for the exponential evolution of the product.

Vu Do, Director of Compliance, PreCheck

With nearly ten years’ experience in the employment screening industry, as PreCheck’s Director of Compliance, Vu Do focuses on operational compliance as well as client and staff education.  Vu is a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).  She earned both her B.A. in English and French, summa cum laude, as well as her M.A. in Literature from the University of Houston. Vu has been an active and contributing member of NAPBS since 2007, has led multiple sub-committees, and has recently stepped down as Co-Chair of the Best Practices Committee. Vu enjoys cooking, fitness, routinely indulging her sweet tooth (hence the need for fitness), and spending time with her boys, future compliance professionals… or game developers.

Zach Daigle, President and Chief Operating Officer, PreCheck

Zach Daigle has been with PreCheck since July of 2003, and has over nine years of healthcare-specific compliance, credentialing and background screening experience. He has extensive expertise in primary source license credentialing, criminal background investigations, employment and education verification investigations, federal and state sanction screening, software integrations for secure data transmission, and recruitment and on-boarding process optimization. Zach has been a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) since 2004, and has been a Licensed Private Investigator in the state of Texas since 2003. Zach loves sand volleyball, anything outdoors, and PreCheck’s employees and customers.

Bryan Barajas, Marketing Coordinator, PreCheck

Bryan Barajas began his background screening career with PreCheck as an Internship in 2005.  Since then, he has worked with several of the company’s departments including Compliance, Sales, Credentialing, and Client Services before transitioning into his current role as the Marketing Coordinator.  He is an Inbound Marketing Certified Professional with Honors Distinction. Bryan earned his B.A. degree in Psychology from Rice University in Houston, Texas and is PreCheck's resident social media guru. He currently leads PreCheck's Blog Committee and strives to improve the company's client education efforts.  When he is not in the office or helping his family with their Mexican restaurant, Bryan enjoys working on his singing, discovering new music, and creating personalized editions of the Parker Brothers Monopoly board game.

Cristina Esguerra-Loayza is the Product Manager for PreCheck’s drug screening, employment verification and I-9/E-Verify compliance solutions.  She uses her four years of experience at PreCheck to provide a unique perspective on the different aspects of product management including product development, marketing, operations and client support.  Cristina earned a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX.

Vinh Nguyen has over eight years of experience in IT with focuses in infrastructure, security, and planning. In addition to his work experience, he has his undergraduate in Engineering Route to Business from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Houston. Vinh focuses on the areas of security, innovation, and customer service and plans to leverage the development and infrastructure teams to bring IT to the forefront of PreCheck. He also enjoys going to concerts, cooking, and playing sports in his free time.

Greg Gebhardt is dedicated to serving HCA by promoting and nurturing the congruous relationship between HCA and PreCheck.  With over 30 years of service management and marketing experience, Greg brings a broad range of skills that include serving as PreCheck’s chief pilot.  For the past 22 years Greg has served as the CEO of a Texas-based investigative company specializing in corporate loss and intellectual property investigations.

Dustin Barker, Director of Business Development, PreCheck

Dustin’s career began in 2004 in a recruiting capacity and through this experience developed a passion in the space of Organizational Development consulting.  In 2008, he was brought into PreCheck as the Client Development Consultant for their Southwest territory.  Recently, Dustin accepted the role of Director of Business Development – U.S., where he is responsible for the development of effective risk management plans designed to ensure their hospital partners stay in compliance, and maintain a safe and secure work environment. He is a Licensed Private Investigator in the State of Texas, and a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS).  Dustin earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Texas State University (Eat em Up Cats).  Dustin enjoys traveling, softball, fishing, and 18 holes on the links.

Lori McGowan, PreCheck’s Customer Service Manager, has been with PreCheck for over 5 years and has 15 years of Customer Service experience—10 of those specifically devoted to the background industry.  Lori’s experience includes management of both the Operations and Customer Service aspects of the business.  Lori holds a B.B.A. from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (Go WarHawks!) and has been a member of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) since 2008.  She has also been a Licensed Private Investigator in the state of Texas since 2003.  Lori enjoys reading and is currently giving the game of golf a try.  Lori loves all things Louisana—especially the Fighting Tigers of LSU and the New Orleans Saints.

With a decade of experience in Customer Service and Client Relations primarily in the employment screening industry, PreCheck’s Director of Account Management, Robert Perez focuses on customer support interaction and assuring the PreCheck client experience. Robert is an active member of Customer Management IQ along with other Customer Analytics groups. He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Houston.  Before embarking in a career of Customer Service Robert spent six years in the United States Marine Corps. Four of those years were with F.A.S.T. Co and Anti-Terrorist unit out of Virginia, where he was commendated four times during operations. Robert is fond of stating his professional mantra about Customer Service, “The Greatest Ability is Dependability”.

PreCheck’s Director of Operations, Dana Sangerhausen, has been with the company for over 10 years, starting her career in Client Services before briefly joining our Product Management team.  Today she spends her time between our Texas and New Mexico offices focusing on process improvement and superior client experience.  Dana is a native Houstonian and can often be found enjoying live music at a local venue, trying out the latest restaurant that’s opened, or supporting the hometown team at Minute Maid Park during baseball season (when they’re playing well, that is).

With over ten years’ experience in the sanction screening industry, as the Compliance Director of the National Healthcare Data Bank (NHDB), Frank focuses on the operational side of Sanction Screening and client education and on boarding.   He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Lamar University, Beaumont and has over 25 years of process, safety and compliance management experience.  Frank enjoys gardening, cooking, reading and watching Jeopardy and the History Channel.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Ryan Trevino is a seasoned veteran within PreCheck with seven years of experience.  Covering all aspects of Client Services was his main responsibility prior to transitioning into his current Product Manager role.  He is primarily focused on background screening and keeping up with the demand for a quality product that complies with the ever changing industry standards.  You can always find him out on the golf course in his spare time away from the office.
