I've been extremely pleased with the responsiveness of my account manager, Mark Andrade, and the service provided lately. The company I work for hires consultants on an as-needed basis. So a lot of times I have a very short time-frame to get someone ready to work on site at a hospital. The time crunches they put on us aren't always fun. I try not to put a rush on all my requests because the majority simply don't need them, but the ones I do request be prioritized are always handled quickly. I've also come to appreciate and almost depend on just sending Mark emails asking for changes or additions. I shoot off my email and I'm actually always confident that it will get done.

From the start, PreCheck and all their associates have been extremely responsive and thorough with any information I may have needed in order to make an informed decision regarding their products. WellStar Health System partnered with PreCheck in May of 2005 and we have been a "team" from the start. Prior to the partnership our HR staff had the responsibility of completing the screening for our applicants, Primary Source Verifications for all of license personnel and manually verifying the OIG sanctioned list. With 12, 000 plus employees PreCheck has efficiently helped our system become a World Class health system. With Patient Safety being most important, PreCheck completes an accurate and thorough background screening for all our new hires to ensure that we hire the very best to care for our patients. Their accuracy continues in monitoring the OIG Sanctions lists for all of our current employees. CredentCheck completes the Primary Source Verifications for all of our licensed personnel. License renewal letters are generated for each licensed personnel as a reminder months in advance of their license expiration date. This process enables the nursing managers to focus more on the care of our patients. EmployCheck has helped us to increase our work flow and allowed us focus more on our systems needs with taking on the responsibility of the hundreds of employment verifications requests. Last year we started utilizing PreCheck I-9Ensure for all our new hires. PreCheck provided our HR team with on site training and we were able to start this process within a few short weeks of our training. PreCheck has played a viable role in our department. Utilizing PreCheck has allowed us to be paperless with easy access to documents needed for audits and surveys. The PreCheck team has always been helpful, courteous and diligent in assisting us with all our requests. They have gone over and beyond in helping us to meet deadlines with getting background checks done in a timely manner not only for our new hires but also during acquisitions.
