I have been a PreCheck Background Check customer for over 8 years. The customer service we have always received has been top-notch. My Account Manager is always quick to respond, fixes any issues immediately (if any!) and is super helpful with any questions I have. I have been in contact with other departments over the years and again have had precise, quick responses and the education I have received has helped me in my own position.
