Seamless Onboarding and Training
All client users are trained on the processes of submitting requests, checking report status and retrieving results. We offer several training options including conference call, web-based training, and on-site training.
Superior Customer Service Experience
PreCheck assigns a Client Account Manager (CAM) to each client account. This ensures our client’s specific needs are anticipated and met on a consistent basis. Direct contact information is provided and clients will never be placed in a queue with revolving associates for customer service.
24/7 Online Access
PreCheck clients can setup an unlimited amount of users to have secure, 24/7, online access to: submit order requests, check report status, view pending reports, print completed reports, order adverse action letters, and download required forms.
Streamlined ATS Integration
To help streamline and ensure data quality of the talent management process, PreCheck can provide integration with most Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CVO systems and HRIS systems.
Audit and Adverse Action Support
In the event of an audit, we are available for consultation, research and retrieval of background or credential information. PreCheck can manage all aspects of the Adverse Action Process as required by the FCRA.
