National Nurses Week 2016: Gil Rosas

The American Nurses Association (ANA) has established National Nurses Week as an annual event held May 6-12 to celebrate the role nurses play every day in delivering the highest level of quality care to their patients. This year’s theme,  “Culture of safety. It starts with YOU,” sets to honor nursing’s contribution to safety and collaboration in healthcare.

PreCheck Supports His Grace Foundation

As an organization that services the healthcare community, PreCheck is committed to supporting patients and their families beyond the work that we do each day. Last December, we had the opportunity to wrap up 2015 by supporting His Grace Foundation (HGF) and their efforts to provide physical, emotional and financial support for the patients and families on the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit (BMTU) of Texas Children’s Hospital.

Mike Harding, also referred to as “Mr. Mike” around the office, is a Texas native with 51 years’ experience in sales. With over 14 years of background screening experience at PreCheck, Mr. Mike holds a wealth of industry knowledge which has enabled him to provide clients with a broad, yet unique perspective into our everyday role in advancing patient care and safety. He embodies our team’s commitment to instating a safer healthcare environment through honest and lasting client relationships.

PreCheck’s Annual Hollie Frye Service Award: Recognizing Employee Excellence

Employee recognition is a great way to empower and motivate your team. It’s a communication tool that reinforces and rewards the positive outcomes individuals create for your organization. When you recognize individuals effectively, with your organization’s chosen means of recognition, you reinforce model actions and behaviors you want them to mirror.

Patricia Paz is an Alamogordo, NM native. She began her career at PreCheck in the Verifications Department over seven years ago and has played an integral role in our customer service excellence. During her three years as a Client Account Manager, she has embodied “The PreCheck Difference” by providing quality service and carrying a positive, can-do attitude through her work. She continually searches out ways to exceed expectations and never misses an opportunity to wow her clients.

PreCheck Raises Funds for Nepal Earthquake Relief

Inspired by our client Hospital Corporation of America’s up to $1 million pledge to aid three international organizations’ Nepal earthquake relief efforts, we at PreCheck decided to take part in these efforts as well. This week, we organized a Jeans Week to raise funds for the American Red Cross’ aid in Nepal.

Since joining PreCheck in 2007, Mia Mallory, an Alamogordo, New Mexico native, has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to safeguarding healthcare. As her 8-year anniversary approaches this upcoming May, she is excited to celebrate it with her PreCheck family and everyone who has assisted in getting her to where she is today. Her strong work ethic and passion for helping her clients have enabled her to excel not only as a Senior Client Account Manager, but also as a valuable team player.
