LicenseManager Pro allows clients to primary source verify (PSV), monitor, and manage their different licensure in order to maintain the roles within their organization.
It also allows users to store, monitor, and receive reminders for expirations on non-primary source verifiable license types. These licenses can be validated, or simply stored in the system to receive reminders when a license is due to expire.
LicenseManager Pro saves time, keeps users organized, and helps organizations prepare for audits.
Joint Commission will often come into hospitals or facilities and ask to see that they have been monitoring the licensures for a list of individuals.
When these audits occur, clients using LicenseManager Pro can log in and pull the record for those specific individuals, showing them a historical view of the initial credential of the licensure, the expiration date, and every time the license has been verified since.
LicenseManager Pro shows the history that the license has always been in good standing, any board actions, or that the individual never had a gap in their licensure.
It's critical to use LicenseManager Pro to fulfill the needs of Joint Commission.
LicenseManager Pro is a tool for organizations large and small within the healthcare sector, including:
- private practices
- nursing homes
- urgent care centers,
- and more.
These organizations have licensed professionals on staff, such as doctors, nurses, or technicians, who must maintain up-to-date licenses to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
By leveraging LicenseManager Pro, these organizations can seamlessly monitor and manage the licensure of their staff, mitigating risks associated with non-compliance.
This system is also beneficial for staffing agencies in the healthcare field, as it simplifies the process of verifying that potential candidates are properly licensed before placement.
What is needed to use LicenseManager Pro?
Clients send PreCheck an initial file containing all of their license information.
From there, clients only need to send a change-only file indicating staffing changes, whether a new employee has been hired or someone has left the company. Clients would also indicate when a new license number or expiration date has been added.
Clients will also complete a license requirement table, identifying which positions the organization employs and what the license requirements are for that position.
LicenseManager Pro can then automatically create the license types required for each individual based on the license requirements for their position.
The user-friendly portal contains a dashboard for users to see at-a-glance where their licensed populations currently stand, including anybody with board actions and anyone coming due to expire.
The portal offers a full suite of reports depending on the organization's needs.
Users can also fully customize the tiles on their personal dashboard view, depending on what their roles and needs are.
Clients using LicenseManager Pro can also customize notifications as licenses and certifications are due for renewal.
These notifications can be sent to the manager, the employee, or both.
Commonly, these notifications will be sent 90, 60, and 30 days before the license expires, but users can also customize how often these reminders are sent. Users can even select the message they want to include in the reminder notifications.
Once a license is deficient, LicenseManager Pro also sends out deficiency notifications, which will always go to a manager.
