Houston, Texas - April 12, 2013

PreCheck, Inc., a background screening and credentialing firm specializing in the healthcare industry, announced today that Chief Operating Officer Zach Daigle has accepted the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Daigle has played a vital role in helping PreCheck to double in size since 2009 and experience 63% growth over the past three years. His appointment came as an opportunity to align all of PreCheck’s departments under one leader after former President Bruce Butler accepted the role of Treasurer on the company’s Board of Directors.

“PreCheck’s operational quality, effectiveness, and efficiency have all improved over the past two years under Zach Daigle’s leadership,” explains Robert Sartain, PreCheck’s Chairman of the Board. “Zach’s knowledge of healthcare-specific background screening, dedication to serving our customers, and passion for developing our employees, all made him our clear choice.”

Approaching his tenth anniversary with the company in July, Zach Daigle’s history with PreCheck has been a lengthy one. He has extensive expertise in healthcare-specific compliance, credentialing, and background screening. Mr. Daigle’s past experience as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and as the Chief Operating Officer with PreCheck made him a uniquely strong candidate for the firm’s presidency.

“There is no greater opportunity than an opportunity to lead the most talented team of employees in our industry. Together, we are aligned in our vision to significantly impact patient safety and the quality of patient care through the ongoing development of industry-leading personnel pre-screening and continuous monitoring solutions for our healthcare customers," states Zach Daigle, Chief Operating Officer and President at PreCheck. "We will continue to lead as both process and technology pioneers, delivering timely, highly-integrated and cost-effective solutions that anticipate the needs and exceed the expectations of the healthcare professionals we serve. We will remain committed to our founding principles that taking exceptional care of our employees and customers is our most important objective.”

Zach Daigle’s appointment as President of PreCheck marks the beginning of a new era for the company. This year, the background screening firm has reached an important milestone of 20 years serving the healthcare industry’s unique background screening and credentialing needs. The company unveiled its twentieth anniversary badge earlier this year and has launched a client appreciation program to honor their clients each month. PreCheck expects to deliver several product improvements throughout this year and prepares for continued growth under the leadership of Mr. Daigle.
